Remediation Session Open for Classification/Evolution help
Students/Parents,
Today in Biology we will take the Unit Test for Classification/Evolution. If students do not feel comfortable with their performance on the assessment, or their understanding of the content, then PLEASE take advantage of this opportunity to improve!
On Wednesday March 28th, tutoring opportunities will be available 1 session before school (7:30 am - 8 am) and 1 session after school (3:40 pm- 4:30 pm)
**IF STUDENTS ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND TUTORING**
You should complete the "virtual tutoring" option.
Go to our YouTube page and watch the following videos
1. Classification revised
2. Natural Selection
And complete 1 page of notes (as evidence) for each video and you will be able to Retake the Unit test.

Welcome Back!!!!
Hey Everyone,
I hope we were safe and enjoyed the extra time off over the "extended" break!!
This week we are getting back into Biology starting with Learning how to set up and read graphs properly.
M: Reflect on break, Review terms from the beginning of the semester unill now (via Password Game), Graphing Notes (the parts of a graph, types of graphs, etc), and Graphng Practice.
T: Graphing review & Practice, Microscope Notes, and Lab, Lab Analysis & abstract observations (looking at weird things underneath the scope), Quick Quiz to check for understanding (covering: Identifying the Characteristics of Life and Scientific Method).
W: Microscope practice Q's (structures and functions), Recap functions and simplify WHAT THEY DO AND WHY. Actual Quiz (C.O.L and Scientific Method), introductory reading assignment (cells), Graphic organizer
Th: Introduce Cell History (notes)...MORE TO COME!
